How our estimates go
Once you have contacted me, i will most likely ask you a few questions. Usually regarding the project you want completing and also your address.
After we have spoken i will try to set up a viewing of the work. This takes on average about 3 days to make it to your property.
While i am at your property i will be taking notes of certain things. This can range from; quality of previous work, estimated paint usage, estimated time needed & a few other deciding factors. The viewing can take between 5 minutes and 30 minutes depending on the size of the project.
When i leave your property i will normally contact you back within about 3 days with an estimated price. Remember this is not obligated so you do not have to accept this price. My price is well thought out to make sure you are not overpaying and that i am not working for nothing. Just keep in mind my price may be higher if you provide cheaper paint as this would make it uncertain if it will take 2 or 3 coats to cover. If you do want to supply your own paint i ask that you tell me beforehand
If you are happy with the price and the T&C's we can get you booked in. The average wait time for myself is roughly 2-4 weeks.
A deposit may need to be paint which is either 20% or the price of the paint. We will keep in contact at least once a week to make sure everyone is happy going forward.
My working times are usually between 7.45am-8.00am till 3pm-4.00pm.
