About me

I started Painting & Decorating straight from school into college. I enjoyed the craftsmanship immediately. From college I started work experience at a local large firm, however this wasn't the kind of decorating i wanted to do. However I kept on with work experience until a much better opportunity came round. This time it would be following one other well respected decorator, Perfect! After completing my college NVQs & my apprenticeship I worked full time with the other decorator. 

After a few years i started getting bored and went to work in factories and warehouses but i absolutely hated it. After that I decided to set up by myself. Very quickly due to my likeable nature and attention for detail i became busy, which is where I ended up now.

Enjoying my job so much I am always researching new methods and products to help get a perfect finish. The preparation for every job is the key to a perfect job. it gets messy and noisy (sanders) but that's what gives a paint job the lovely finish. So you might see me with a new sander or some other contraption that will help on this journey of success.

 The business started in 2021 & has been going strong ever since. I also paint commercial and industrial buildings which is great for versatility. Currently our most popular commercial jobs are Schools in the holidays & office blocks/rooms. I enjoy a variety of different settings & working from Derby city centre im not too far away from any of the local towns surrounding Derby.
